Question: How would an author go about submitting a short story to the Black Horse Express online page? Is that only reserved for established Hale writers?
Not at all, David. Quick way is to join the group and then you could submit the story to Nik Morton. The last anthology had stories by readers as well as writers - but membership of the group is a must.
